* This shippping methods does not have a tracking number, so if you choose them, please be aware that nothing can be done if the pack gets lost. "Correio azul" has priority over "correio normal", making the arrival time faster.
Custom orders
I will accept custom requests until further notice. Any idea you have, you can share with me so we can discuss if it's possible. In earrings already on the site it is possible to order them i another color, if available. Personalized orders are not included in possible discount cupouns.
Materials
I use polymer clay to do my accessories. The stud posts and hooks are made of zamac. If you usually have allergies, I advise you to choose the stainless steel option. All the necklaces are made of stainless steel.
Payments
Payments can be made through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and almost any other kind of credit or debit card. If none of these methods work for you, please give me a message or send an e-mail ([email protected]) so we can see the better way.
Returns/ Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. Furthermore, in all the descriptions are mentioned the measures and in the photos you can see how the accessories look on someone. Choose what you like the most <3
Postage & Delivery
I aim to post your order in 1-2 business days. During busy periods it can take longer. You will receive an e-mail when the order is shipped.
I am not responsible for delays (unfortunately there is nothing I can do) neither for any additional taxes or customs fees on arrival in your country. Any additional charges are the buyer's responsability.
